A favorite site by tourist and locals alike is Lepreau Falls aprox. 20 minutes outside of Saint John. Take highway #1 past Musquash until you come to Route #790, this is on your left side heading southwest out of Saint John. This area is ideal for afternoon picnics or overnight camping . For the shutterbugs who love to capture mother nature at her best this is a must not miss site. Below are a few images I took myself last summer with my little old instamatic.

pictures just click on the image you wish to view. New Update July, 30/98 I just recently got back to the Falls with my family and took the opportunity to take some more pics of the falls. These were taken later in the summer when the water level has dropped. I think you'll notice the difference. I was very pleased to see that they just recently added a few observation decks to the park. These decks and all the other work of grooming the park gives the photo bugs easier access to the beauty of the falls, with less chance of falling into the drink!
