Site list is alphabetical, Cities and Towns first, then general areas. The top row divides the sections into three pages to avoid interminable scrolling. The second tier lists the individual areas found on that page. The clickable table below saves scrolling. Left click on the Region/City/Town name at the start of the Message area to come back to the top. More areas can be added if the need arises. Don't forget we have a chat site; you can leave messages to meet distant friends for a conversation. As of today (thanks to a suggestion by one of our readers), all new messages will be dated. The method of dating will be day/month/year, i.e. 04/01/99; the date appears at the first of each message.

31/07/03 I am looking for Doreen LeBlanc, possibly the daughter of Thomas and Julia LeBlanc. Her address listed in 1952 was McAdam NB, but I can find no trace of her or her family. 01/09/03 1/09/03 My mother who sadly died 2 years ago at the age of 92 enjoyed receiving news of her uncle Arthur who left england for St John at the beginning of the century. For may years she treasured her annual Christmas card from her second cousin Herbert Jones who had kept in touch after his fathers death. Somehow through my mother and her uncle Arthur who settled in Canada in 1908/9 I have felt a connection with St John. Visiting the web site has given me a great deal of pleasure to lea r n about the city where part of my mothers family chose to settle at the beginning of this century. If there are any family connected with Herbert R Jones or Arthur Jones that are interested in the family ancestory we would love to hear from you. we are compiling details of the Jones family that came from the East end of London(Poplar). Herberts father was the brother of Charles Lacy Jones who also travelled to St John on the SS Tunisian. Charles was not in St John for long when he signed up fo r the Canadian Expeditionary force to Europe in WW1. Charles never returned to St John as he was sadly killed in Belgium and I am proud to have had his medals passed to me. For anyone interested we have traced the Jones family back quite a way and it contains a number of Master Mariners. It would be good if we could trace the Canadian link and I look forward to any contacts. thanks Mr John Cootes Email: jfc1944@hotmail.com

17/01/03 Hello everyone, I am a friend of one of the Hogan brothers. I find that you have such a beautiful family, and so many wonderful stories to share and offer the world...but, I have also learned that family conflict, rivalry, pride, lack of communication and unity has struck a wound so deep it is hard to rebuild what was lost and what was there but never nourished. Nothing is impossible to rebuild and nothing is too great for God through His son Jesus to make beautiful again. I have come to love and respect everyone of you ..those I have heard about and those newly born to this beautiful family.. one of your brothers Gerlad Hogan of Quebec. He was born in Saint John, New Brunswick to Parker Ephraim and Edna Elizabeth (Lawrence) Hogan with many brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews in which he knows of and don't know of. What a beautiful man, totally transformed by Christ! I love you all, to all who may read this and to the Hogan family....I would love to hear from you. Kind thoughts, Debbie Email: lean_20@yahoo.com
