Site list is alphabetical, Cities and Towns first, then general areas. The top row divides the sections into three pages to avoid interminable scrolling. The second tier lists the individual areas found on that page. The clickable table below saves scrolling. Left click on the Region/City/Town name at the start of the Message area to come back to the top. More areas can be added if the need arises. Don't forget we have a chat site; you can leave messages to meet distant friends for a conversation. As of today (thanks to a suggestion by one of our readers), all new messages will be dated. The method of dating will be day/month/year, i.e. 04/01/99; the date appears at the first of each message.

04/04/01 Hi, I am doing my HALL family research. My ancestors were from the Sussex and Penobsquis areas. They were baptist farmers there in the 1800's. My great grandfather was John William Hall, married twice (Mary Goddard) (Lovey Bunnell). Family surnames include: HALL, BUNNELL, SPRAGUE, GODDARD, WATTS, MCQUINN, MURRAY and others. My father grew up in Penobsquis. He went to Penobsquis School and was raised by his Aunt and Uncle (Namomi and Richard McQuinn. 09/03/01 I am trying to trace a Gordon(Gordie) or Gary Clark who used to stay at 52 Tilley Ave, Saint John N.B. I stayed with the family in 1962 for 6 weeks. The parents, Margharet and Robert were friends of my mum and day, Mary & Joe Duffy. I know there was a family tragedy in 1978. For a while I was in touch with Carol but lost contact and I would just like to hear how everyone is doing. Further to my request for info on the Clark family, I was told that Brian Swetnam from Sussex was Gordie Clark's best friend but have been unable to trace Brian Swetnam - please reply if you can, Sincerely, Anne Smillie, Email:
