Site list is alphabetical, Cities and Towns first, then general areas. The top row divides the sections into three pages to avoid interminable scrolling. The second tier lists the individual areas found on that page. The clickable table below saves scrolling. Left click on the Region/City/Town name at the start of the Message area to come back to the top. More areas can be added if the need arises. Don't forget we have a chat site; you can leave messages to meet distant friends for a conversation. As of today (thanks to a suggestion by one of our readers), all new messages will be dated. The method of dating will be day/month/year, i.e. 04/01/99; the date appears at the first of each message.

14/10/14 Hi , I am looking to locate a teacher , Miss Barton that used to teach grade 4 Thanks Catherine Email: dcgamblin@hotmail.com

26/05/14 GREETINGS EVERYONE. I AM SEARCHING FOR ANYONE WHO MIGHT HAVE ATTENDED A MALE DANCERS EVENING BETWEEN THE YEAR 1984 - 1989. COULD HAVE BEEN A PRIVATE PARTY, OR JUST A LADIES NIGHT OUT AT THE OLE CLUB 74, OR 1880, OR JOCKO'S TAVERN, OR POSSIBLY EVEN THE KEYHOLE THAT USED TO BE OPEN NEAR SUSSEX. I AM LOOKING FOR PHOTO'S OF THE DANCER'S,AS I WAS ONE OF THOSE DANCER'S. NO NEED TO WORRY IF YOU ARE IN THE PHOTO, JUST BLACK IT OUT OR I CAN, BUT NO WORRIES ANYWAY, THEY ARE NOT FOR THE PUBLIC TO SEE ANYWAY. THANK YOU SO MUCH Email: cwh@vianet.ca

05/23/14 Can anyone help Nicole Thebeau? She helped rescue a small dog left in a doghouse, that was buried in one of a number of snowstorms this winter. The owner of the dog, for some inexplicible reason, seems to think that this kind woman should be charged with theft, for keeping the dog from dying in a snowstorm, buried in it's dog house, where it lives 24-7-365 days a year, alone- thethered so it won't be able to escape or get away from anything that might want to attack it. Why she isn't giving Nicole a reward for helping the poor dog, which is obviously neglected- is a mystery, as the owner obviously doesn't see the dog as a part of the family. Why deny the poor dog a few years of kindness- and human companionship indoors. Selfish, stupid woman should be charged with animal abuse. Why she is wasting taxpayers' valuable resources, and the courts and RCMP's time and money on this bogus theft charge is unbeleiveable, especially when you stop to realize, she obviously dodn't give a darn about the dog to begin with, and it probably would not be alive if it weren't for Nicole and the plow driver who dug the dog out from under a huge snowdrift that completely covered his dog house. Talk about the tail wagging the dog. No wonder NB is broke, if this is the sort of "crime" that is investigated and prosecuted with tax dollars provided by those who work and pay taxes here. please send a message to Premier Alward that this is wrong on so many levels . Thank You. And share with family and friends- as many as possible. Here is a link to the story, and premier alwards e-mail address. Please send a note and help Ms. Thebeau continue her good, unselfish work. Copy and pste this link into your browser for more details. I have used Premier Alwards email address as mine, for eas of use. http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/new-brunswick/woman-who-took-snow-buried-dog-says-she-faces-theft-charges-1.2620653 Email: premier@gnb.ca

09/11/14 How is Restiguche pronounced? The poet Anne Porter refers to the Restiguche River in her poem A List of Praises (beautiful poem!), which I'd like to read at a poetry night in my small CO town. Sure would like to pronounce it correctly, but I wasn't able to find anything on the website here. Thanks! Leia Email: silvermountain@mac.com

09/10/14 Seeking information on a missing uncle, we are unsure if he is still alive today. Joseph Peter St.Coeur (Bourque), born in 1919 to Alexander St.Coeur (Burke) and Mary Jeanne Vautour. As far as we know, he went to a special care home in Paquetville NB, and over the years his next of kin have lost touch with the home. Looking for any information you might have...
