Walk the shores of our mighty river, eat lobster fresh from the sea, visit our parks and historic sites, enjoy nature on our many trails and talk with our friendly people.    The scenic travel way, the Miramichi River Route, follows through many communities that make up the heart of the Miramichi River Route merges with the Acadian Coastal Drive.

Beaches-Miramichi, New Brunswick

   Bounded on three sides by water and with 2400 kilometers of diverse coastline to work with, it's no wonder that New Brunswick is so blessed with beaches.

   From warm sable sands, to the secluded rocky coves, a day at the beach takes on a whole new meaning in our province! There are, of course, our famous ocean hot spots. There is the lagoon at Kouchibouguac - at 24° Celsius 75° Fahrenheit it's the warmest salt water north of Virginia or beaches made for beach combing, deep sea fishing, camping, canoeing and more.
