River View Trails & Lookout
   A day adventure awaits you with walking trails, a lookout, access to the shore, benches and picnic tables. Relax in the "forest" within the city.

Bicentennial Park
   This park offers a boat slip and dock site, sun shelter and a monument.

Beaubisar's Island
   Beaubear's Island National Historic Park with picnic sites, beaches, nature trails and historic plaques and dock site.

Ritchie Wharf-Miramichi New Brunswick

Ritchie Wharf
   This Shipbuilding Theme Park offers a Boardwalk, playground, boat launch, docking facilities and shops featuring crafts, ice-cream, take-out food, restaurant, souvenirs and artists' gallery. Accessible for the disabled. Summer fun for everyone!

Waterford Green
   Public park on the Miramichi River in the heart of the Miramichi East Business District. Characterized by ship masts, the park is the home to many special events during the summer, it offers picnic tables for public use. For more information call (506) 778-0900.

Lowertown Walk
Canada's Irish Festival on the Miramichi    This walk along the waterfront winds its way from the Community Centre / Marina along the river to the Rankin House and Seaman Hospital.

Elm Park
   Public park situated in the downtown Miramichi East Business District. Enjoy the local entertainment held in this park during the summer months.

Town Square
   Public park in the heart of downtown. Once the site of the first courthouse and jail in the county, it now hosts many special events, year round.

Middle Island Park
   This public park has an unsupervised beach, picnic area and a very colorful history.
