Spiced Baked Ham


Ham fully cooked - 5 lbs./2kg.
Whole Cloves - 2 Tbsp./30 ml.
Brown Sugar - ¼ cup/60 ml.
Prepared Mustard - ¼ cup/60 ml.
Vinegar - 1 Tbsp./15 ml.


Remove external wrapper, with sharp knife score fat in straight lines, then repeat in opposite direction. Stud each triangle with a clove.
Place in pre-heated oven, 325° F-160°C for approximately 40 minutes.
Mix together brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and pour over ham. Continue cooking an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and place on serving platter. Decorate platter with clusters of parsley, pineapple rings with centered red cherries or spiced crabapples.
