STAY-A-BED STEW

Ingredients

2 lbs. beef stew meat.
2 raw potatoes sliced thin
1 Bay leaf
2 cups carrots (cut quite large)
2 chopped onions
1 tsp. salt Pepper
1 can tomato soup
½ can water

Method

Put in tightly covered casserole or dutch oven and cook 4-5 hours at 250 degrees.
Yum! Yum!....with hot biscuits.
