1 tsp. minced onion 5 mL
2 tsp. chopped sweet pickles 10 mL
1 tsp. chopper capers 5 mL
½ tsp. chopped green olives 2 mL
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley 15 mL
½-¾ cup mayonnaise 125 mL
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar 15 mL
Fold first five ingredients into mayonnaise and vinegar. Mix well and taste. Adjust with mayonnaise or vinegar to your own liking. Keep closed in a jar in the refrigerator.
