MOLASSES DROP COOKIES

• 2/3 Cup Shortening
• 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 3/4 Cup Fancy Molasses
• 1/4 Cup Sour Milk
• 2 Cup Sifted Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1tsp. Ginger
• 1tsp. Cinnamon
• 1tsp. Baking Soda

Cream shortening, blend in sugar, egg, fancy molasses and milk. Add sifted dry ingredients, mix thoroughly. Drop from a spoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for approximately 10 min.
